Hammond Regional Commerce Center

Road construction on Phase I of the new business park, located on 1-12 at Airport Road, has begun. With the start of that construction, the number of phone calls from interested prospects has grown significantly both at the Hammond Area Economic & Industrial Development District and Gulf States Real Estate offices. At present, discussions are ongoing with several hotel developers, multiple restaurants, companies looking to build new office buildings, site consultants, and some light manufacturing companies. In addition, a number of real estate agents in the area have inquired about the park for their clients.
